I was a part of a collaborative project to design drinking vessels for a local coffee shop. Through active research and collaboration a vessel was designed which was handless and contained a face for you to drink from. This vessel intention was to slow people down and pay more attention to what they were consuming, instead of quickly gulping down their coffee. Each vessel contains local clay that was excavated from a local  river, which embodies that local ethos of the coffee shop.
